Tasting Notes / Comments: | Compare to the 2001 vintage, this wine has more aromatic notes and less punch. It is still delightfully opulent. Chateau Camplazens (2002 vintage)
The 2001 Viognier is an opulent wine of great character with a complex nose showing fully rounded apricots, violets and honey. The palate is rich yet dry with excellent mouth filling ripe fruit characters and beautifully integrated oak influence. The finish is long and fulfilling. Chateau Camplazens (2001 vintage)
