| Tasting Notes / Comments: | To fit Australian conditions, it has a lower than usual acidity while retaining the distinctive honeysuckle character on both nose and palate that is so indicative of the variety. This wine is quite forward in flavour and so demands early bottling to capture its varietal trueness. An excellent food wine.
