| Tasting Notes / Comments: | The 2000 has aromas of honeysuckle, gardenia, coconut milk and peach with luscious peach and apricot fruit that lingers on the palate. A small amount of new oak adds to the complexity but doesn't overpower the fruit. We always recommend our Viognier with Thai curry, crispy spring rolls, spicy noodle dishes or seafood.
