Tasting Notes / Comments: | Light fruit, pinaple and citrus on the nose. Weak flavours of grapefruit, mineral notes, absence of varietal characteristics, disappointing. Arthur Rozum (2002 vintage)
This wine exhibits fragrant aromas of apricot and dried fruit. There are soft fruit characteristics on the mid-palate, with mineral notes on the finish Extended lees contact imparts a creamy texture. Inniskillin Wines (2002 vintage)
Essences of fresh lemons and apricots are folded into a mixture of creamed candy. Rather warm and inviting on the palate, complimented with an enlightening citrus tang. Food Pairings: Roasted chicken, pork and veal, cream sauces, richer seafood, med-textured fish, and game fowl. Inniskillin Wines (1999 vintage)
