Upon release it already exhibits that bright fruit character for which Viognier has become famous. The nose shows delightful varietal bouquet and, on the palate, the wine shows off its spicy flavors of peach and apricot. Like a true Viognier, this one finishes crisp on the tongue with a lingering lemony finish. Field Stone Winery (2000 vintage)
