A late arrival to winemaking, Villiard has made up for lost time with a passion and exactitude that brings out the best of Condrieu's terroir. Le Grand Vallon 2000 is a model of intensity and body. Deeply aromatic and very ripe, it presents a succession of flavours grounded in a sweet softness that avoids syrupy excess. A superb finish makes this wine an ideal aperitif.
