Tasting Notes / Comments: | “Spúnóg Cnoc” is Gaelic for Spoon Hill, and refers to the section of the Fralich Vineyard from which we get our Viognier. The fruit from this site is Viognier at its most opulent. Aromas of white peach, lavender, coconut and apricot lead to a rich, oily mouthful of wine. On the palate, peach, pear and tropical fruits dominate. Garretson Wine Company (2001 vintage)
