Tasting Notes / Comments: | A shimmery, gold colour with a smell of ozone and fresh sea air, a the delicate perfume of orange blossom. Slightly oily to taste and a little bitterness. A hint of fruit and little acidity. Generally thin and lacking in balance. 'Enjoying Viognier' (2000 vintage)
Old vines and limited yields produces a rich Viognier with huge concentration. Dry with well balanced acidity and showing good complexity with layers of peach, apricot, dried fruits, a little lychees and some allspice. Great length. Corks of Cotham (2000 vintage)
