| Tasting Notes / Comments: | Viognier is a difficult variety to fashion into tip-top wine. lgnacio Recabarren and the team at Trio have produced a brilliant interpretation, with the subtle nuances an d complexities you'd expect to find in a much higher priced wine.
Floral notes mix with peach and apricot and a healthy dollop of cream. An intriguing hint of spice adds to the dry, smooth mouthfeel.
