Tasting Notes / Comments: | Quite a pronounced peachy, white blossom nose. Really lovely and enticing. The palate is slightly off-dry, but none the worse for that and has a great mouth feel. Layers of fruit here - peaches, a slice of apricot flapjack and more. All kept in check with a dash of lively acidity. Superb. Andrew Barrow (2001 vintage)
A full and open nose of tropical and apricot fruits. Dry and rich palate with balancing acidity, strong nectarine and apricot fruit and notes of spice developing on the long finish. Corks of Cotham (2000 vintage)
What a find, buy it if you can get one …… a Chilean great. Light golden in colour. Nose strong, fruity with some apricots. The taste was excellent – chewy, fruity and with a good length – some peach, some apricot. Where’s the next bottle…….. 'Enjoying Viognier' (2000 vintage)
