Tasting Notes / Comments: | Don't over chill this as the delicate fruit gets dampened and you will miss out on the deliciously tempting aroma. There is a superb spicy dimension to the palate here. One of the better Viogniers we have tried at this price point. Something with character that isn't a Chardonnay. Andrew Barrow (2001 vintage)
Although its inherent class has never been in doubt, you've generally had to part with a princely sum to secure a decent example of Viognier until now. Welcome to the wine to make Viognier converts of us all. Beautifully concentrated aromas of peach, apricot, and cinnamon lead to a balanced, refined palate and a lingering finish.
