Viognier's the new chardonnay and no mistake. So, if you fancy a change and a little more rich, peachy allure in your glass then look no further. You'll find none of that oak business here but instead a creamy, oily 'niceness' available only where it says viognier on the label. It's served at 30,000 feet to the Virgin Upper Class punters, if proof were needed that it's something special. Virgin Wines (2001 vintage)
