Our Viognier fruit for 2003 arrived at the winery in exquisite condition. A slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel allowed us to produce a wine with bright aromatics of rose petals, apricots and lemon zest. The wine is medium bodied with a silky texture and a rich, honeyed finish. Dry.
